Hey guys I have a quick question. I was trying these kegel things out. But I'm not sure if I'm doing them right. I can't hold them
For long at all. When I do what I think is a kegel my penis moves, and more blood is pushed into it. I can lift a towel too. But when I pee and do it I can hold it for a long time. Which makes me wonder if I'm doing it right at all?
I'm trying to set myself up to last longer. I guess these help but I don't understand the point. Like I want to last a long timebut without all this start stop hold crap. Is that possible or are these and edging a must?
