Thread: JP beginner numbness

Hello everybody,
I'm doing PE gym now for 5 months. Of course I started with JP's 90 days beginner program and of course I was really excited about it. For me, it just didnt work. My gains were negative and I couldn't get full erections anymore.
So I decided to slow it down. Read a lot of topics on fora, did research, decided to follow the take it slow method involving 10 minute jelq, a bit of stretching and edging/ballooning for minimum of 20 minutes.
It worked great, I had rock solid erections and my first gains were visible/measureable
The moment I involved V-jelqing and jelqed for longer time, my numbness returned...
Does anybody has any tips on how to continue the work out? I know the right answer will be, stick to 10 minute jelq, but I just feel I need to add more to the routine.

Mr. Love, It sounds you are a low intensity kind of guy. I'm sure you've hear/seen it be before, Your PIs is your only definitive guide, all the workout programs are just guidelines. We are all different and gain different. Numbness loss of erection quality, both negative PIs. Go back to what works and be happy with slow gains. You are one of those people that need to add to your routine very slowly if at all at this stage. The goal is to maintain and keep a healthy penis, not to keep upping the intensity until we hurt our little friend. I'm going to post a link to the PIs please do like I do and review them often.

UnitaElevation, the answer you gave is perfect. I think deep in myself I already knew the answer, but you formulated it in a perfect way. Guess I need to accept the ideas of slow gains...
The weird thing is, the muscles in my body always grow fast when I work out, much faster than anybody I've ever known actually. So I think I related muscle growth of body to penis growth... Guess they aren't related.
