    Yeah, so... how many reverse kegels should be done daily/bi-daily, beginner-to-advanced. Half the amount of kegels? Should they be held for several seconds, quick bursts?

    I would ask Pirate of Pegasus (Moderators here that know a great deal about this topic).

    I would say start with 50, then work up. Sky is the limit, just make sure to throw in rest days a couple time a week!

    If you have no stamina issues ,reverse kegels should be 30% odd of total kegel workout. So for 70 kegels 30 reverse kegels

    Ive been pushing my pee out for a month now, and still cant do any reverse kegels normally.

    That depends on the severity and other variables but I suggest 50% Is good for general stamina problems.
    In the case where a guy has worked heavily on standard kegels, to overcome premature issues and it has made things worse with uncontrolled Pelvic floor spasms, higher than 50% is recomended.

    Yes just and doing them in an alternating fashion has been popularised by Pirate. He believes it increases control as well as strength.
