Thread: Up The Intensity?

A few days ago I posted my routine and questions here in the introduce yourself forum.
I'm finding that I am recovering on a daily basis, and I don't feel the need to stop.
Should I be inserting rest days into this routine? Because so far I feel great and feel no need to rest! Does it help newbie gains?
