    if i jerk it right after a PE sesh, should i warm down after that, or is that good enough?

    Many folks feel that an erection after workout is a necessity. Ejaculating always causes shrinkage, the thinking is the fuller the better after PE. If you must lighten the load wait at least twenty minutes. Some folks are OK with ejaculating after a long edging session, others, only on every third workout. It's your call, but I rarely masturbate after PE as I feel that it impacts gains.

    I feel edging after a worlout is of benifit and can act as a warm down . So this is a 20 min plus session ,I don't ejaculate after every session but then I am 50y so it is your call.

    i usually try warming down with light edging/ballooning for about 20 mins, feels really nice when your dick is pumped and all lubed up, its my favorite part of the workout, but i never cum and i usually only hit PONR maybe 1 time, so everything is very light and not that intense..
