  • about to start but just making sure i got the right idea??

    so i read that this was the best way to start off:

    do i have to warm up before i do the LOT or do i do the LOT first then warm up?
    and i looked everywhere for ideas on how to make my dick bigger, but everything would say you cant make it bigger other then by surgery.
    then i came across this website and read forums about people really getting gains from all this? so i wanna give it a try just need to make sure i got the right idea.
    any advise would be cool
    oh and would i be able to edge after im done with that routine or would it be to much??
    i think its called edging or ballooning? i mean i already do this all the time with out even knowing it could help gain, i just know its always helped me have sex for longer time

    It does not matter if you warm up or not before you do the LOT thingy.

    I think you should do some more reading.

    Yes you can edge right after doing your PE exercises.
