well ive been checking these exercises out and they look like the real deal, im not really happy with my erection level right now, its about 5.25 inches. i kinda feel embarassed about it and i want to improve. so i want to start these exercises like jelqing and rotating stretch but i dont know how long or how many i should so. so i was wondering if someone could let me know what they did to start off and how to gradually go higher!

Well you want to warm up first for about 10 minutes.
Try to set aside 30 minutes every other day to do PE.
Best thing to do is listen to your dick. Is it happy doing these exercises if not they wont work.
Keep PE in the feel good range then you can expect the best results.
You have nothing to worry about your normal size.
Reptitions and counting is rediculous you want to go by he way it feels. If it feels good keep doing it.
If it don't feel good or seems fatigued its time to stop.
