  • Exercises/routine to gain length

    So my stats are
    NBPEL: 5.3in
    BPEL: 6.1in
    Base girth:5.9in
    Mid girth: 5.2in
    Girth under glans: 4in

    Was wondering what exercises and rep amount I can do to gain length, or what exercises I should couple together for some kind of a routine. I also know that losing body fat will help the length on the other end.

    OK grip jelqs alturnated with V grip jelqs, 50 jelqs done real slow is better than 600 jelqs done real fast. Keep the grip soft. Keep PE in the feel good range.

      Anyway you can give me a video or something to the exercise? I haven't been ableto get the videos on here to work and I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. Thanks

          Correct me if im wrong but how can your bpel be lower than your nbpel.
          NBPEL - 5 EG - 4.1/4
          BPEL - 5.5
          NBPFSL - 4.5 BPFSL - 5
          GOAL - NBPEL - 7

              Yeah sry just corrected that. Anyway is there anywhere that can show me how to do a v jelq correctly? The videos don't work for me to some reason.

                Make your fingers into a V.
                Point them at your crotch.
                Put your penis in the V so the fingers are on the side.
                Curl the tips of your fingers so you can get a good grip.
                Squeeze (not too hard) and go up the shaft to (but not past) the glans.
                Be lubricated when doing them.

                  My quick length gains have been from stretching (tunica tugs/resistance stretches) + jelqing (wet). My jelqs are about 2 seconds each and are not too 'tight' in grip, but not too gentle either.

                  I've gained a solid inch in length in about 7 months... but since then my PE has slowed, and thus, my gains have slowed...
