I was reluctant and nervous at first too, didn't believe it 100%. But I came about it the right way. You're coming in here a little presumptuous and like a jerk, sorry to say.
IMO, you should be happy and confident with what you have ideally. If not, try PE. You are coming into it the wrong way though, way too negative. It is one thing to have legit concerns about long term health or other issues. But don't try to put down what is working for many folks just because you are being ignorant.

I just finished day 3 and already notice my erection is firmer, more consistent and fuller feeling. My bigget issue thus far is keeping my pecker at a lower erection state. Two jelqs and I'm already almost rock hard.

Not many people like throwing pics of their penis online. If you really think thousands and thousands of members on this website are here to trick people and have them injure their penis.. well I just gotta say you have one odd conclusion. If you don't believe this works, and don't want to bother even trying, then so be it. But if you really wanna see if this works, go slow and light. Take time and see how your penis is responding to it, just don't rush it and you won't injure yourself.

Your questions have been asked many, many times before.
Unfortunately, these days there is no such thing as photographic proof, especially for something like this.
Getting an erection is extremely personal and measuring is awkward. Adding photography to the mix, (while maintaining an erection) just makes it that much more complicated.
And, of course, any photograph can be retouched, or suspected of being retouched, by today's software.
Personally, I don't feel motivated enough to put a picture of my penis on the internet particularly since the chance that some one will accuse me of faking the measurements is 100%.
However, I do take progress photos for my own use and may, someday, make them available here.
You asked specifically about EQ. I originally began PE to improve my EQ and the success that I enjoyed in that effort encouraged me to explore PE more and I have never regretted it for an instant.
I don't think that I saw any results in only a week of PE but, if memory serves, I did see results by week 4 or 6.
If you are concerned about your EQ, make sure that kegels are part of your routine.

Take it easy though, you CAN injure yourself like all exercise. As long as you do it with the idea of enjoying the process rather than forcing growth you should never have an injury. This is why it's suggested to go into it with a positive view, negate views can cause people to rush and they to do too much. Enjoy what you got first and then practice safe PE and all should be well.
Overall one of the main forms of PE you can easily do is the kegel. It's impossible to injure yourself doing those unless you squeeze so insanely tight to cause a hernia lol. Make sure to do both though meaning reverse kegels so that your muscle has a chance to relax. If you over do it then your EQ can drop due to the muscle being tired but it's temporary. If you have a girlfriend or wife you can ask her to do them too as they tighten her vagina increasing pleasure for both.
As for a week for results it can depend on how well you grasp and execute the exercise, some people it takes longer to figure out the grip and all that. You won't see any physical growth in one week just like you wouldn't with weight lifting, but you may get better erectiongs, especially if you do kegels.
Don't do any advance exercises though like squeezes, overall just try out a beginners routine.
