    so I've been doing PE for a few days and I was wondering if anyone here could give me tips on my routine.

    My starting size is 7.5 x 5 (5.25 at the base) and I want to hit 8x5.5 (8x6 would be awesome but I don't know how realistic that is). I'm still growing, too, as I started puberty late. I grew an inch in the past year..

    Since I figure my goals aren't that far off and I'm not trying to get massive gains, my routine won't have to be that intense.

    Routine:

    Warm up - Let my dick dangle in the shower for a minute or two

    Jelqing - I get out of the shower, oil up my dick with grape seed oil, and do the OK grips. I count each hand movement as one jelq (is this the right way?), lasts about 1.5 seconds. I do 600 reps.

    Warm down - I get back in the shower (and usually jack off lol)

    Is this a decent routine? Will it get me the gains I desire?

    If you're still going through puberty, I would delay doing PE until you're sure it's done with.

    About your routine:
    - You should warm up for atleast 10 minutes, and try doing it with a rice sock or a heating (something that targets the penis).
    - Add some basic stretching in there. 30 sec holds in each direction, possibly a couple sets of these
    - A jelq with one hand should last about 4-6 seconds. You should do only 150 reps of these, and build your way up. (Both hands = 1 Rep)
    - A shower for a warm down is good. I recommend you don't just jack off though, you should edge. You can do this right after your routine, before your warm down, or a couple hours after your warm down. (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...ing-101-a.html)

    Thanks! I'll definitely adjust my routine accordingly.

    Do you think my routine can get me the gains I desire? I like to keep things basic.

    i totally agree, use a rice sock, it stays warm for 10-15 minutes, and a shower after a PE session is what i always do to. 600 might be alot to start with. maybe around 100 to start and work ur way up to 600.. Its like if u go to the gym, u wont be able to bench 350lbs on ur first try without injuring yourself. know what i mean?

    Your routine as in the one you posted, or the revised one? lol. The revised one, yes. You're looking to gain .5 in length and .5-1.0 in girth, and with that routine as your beginner routine, you can possibly get that. There's no telling how long that will take because everyone reacts to PE differently then others. This could be done within your first 6 months, or take over a year.

    But anyways, your first 3 months are your 'conditioning' months. This will get you ready for the intermediate/some advanced exercises. So let's say you reach your goal of 8 inches length, but you're at 5.5 girth and want 6. With your penis conditioned for intermediate/advanced exercises, you can focus 75% on girth and 25% on length (to cement the length).
