hi all,i just read the tgc theory and i was wondering if we should take that into consderation.even if were just starting out.it seems like alot of people get whats called newbie gains.so by the theroy if were .5 or less its the tunica or .5 or more smooth muscle.mine seems to be the smooth muscle.so should i cut back the strechting and do alittle more girth work? WOULDNT I MAYBE SEE BETTER NEWBIE GAINS BY theroy? or not.just a thought.hope to hear back from the experienced people.thks in advance
