    Hi all,
    I started PE a little after I turned fifteen, which had been inspired when I came across a PDF manual whilst searching for porn on kazaa (don't judge we all did it, and if you didn't, you missed out). I remember explicitly that I started out at 5.9 BPEL and 5.5 erect girth. I continued the program for only 3 weeks which left me off where I am now: 6.5 BPEL and 6.0 erect girth. I am 21 now, so I contemplated whether the gains possibly came from puberty, but I couldn't believe that to be true with such drastic results and the fact that I was done growing at 13-14 years old. Honestly I don't care about girth, I feel like my numbers are almost chode worthy, though it doesn't look that way physically. And I don't care about flaccid size, I could give a shit what other guys think, I like women. I've continued the workout I left off on, which I think was stretching intensive compared to what Kemmer's book says, and it also it's just more intense from the outset: 5 days a week, two days rest.
    My workout is as follows:
    Warmup, hot rag
    Stretching: 5 minutes hold- down, up, straight, left, right
    Jelqing: 150-200 first three days, 250-300 next two days after one day rest.
    Kegels: 3 sets 20 of 3 second clamps

    Since I was fifteen I have become a hardcore dipper, smoker, drinker, stoner. Recently quit weed and toned down drinking. Lastly, and sorry for the long ass life story, I have always been a quick gainer in the gym, I played college football, and I only need a month to three months in the gym to put on 15 to 30 pounds of solid muscle: does this correlate to quick gaining penis wise? Also, what kind of nutrition should I be taking? Specifically I was wondering if protein supplements that raise NO levels would be good. I atleast felt like the counteract the blood loss resulting from my heavy tobacco use. Thanks again, I'm eager to get some length, would maybe even like to halt the girth or I fear I'll never be able to shove my cock in any old pussy without extreme pain for the female. I have currently finished 3 days and am on day four which is a rest day.

      As a weight lifter I was taught that total body workouts increase your gains, i.e. If you want a big bench you should squat too. Would this apply to PE excersizes. By this I mean does working out aid my gains?

        I had better gains when I was working out more often (working out my body that is).
        Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
        Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
