    Hello everyone . I started PE serious before 2 month i started with this routine :
    5-10 min warm up
    5 min streching all directions
    150 jelqs ( 50x 3 series)
    90 V jelqs (30x 3series)
    after 50 jelqs i am doing 30 v jelqs
    5-10 min warm down
    So i finished my second month and i dont have any gains . The only think that i can say is that my EQ is a little bit better and i have more veins on my pennis and maybe the head of my pennis is a little bit bigger. But i dont have any lenght or girth gains even a 1mm. I am so worry about it. My NBPEL is 6 inch and my EG is 5.5 inch. I need to gain in lenght and maybe little girth. Please I need help . I am taking suppliments also . The suppliments in JPs 90 routine . Thank you !

    You're only 2 months in, give it some time. New veins is a good sign that growth is on the way though. PE isn't some quick fix thing.

    Yes mate thats true but i dont have even 1 mm in lenght am i making something wrong :?

    i would imagine that most gains made by people in the first 2 months are down to better eq, and if your eq ws good anyway... it will come, trust me and everyone else here.

    Twister1 how are you warming up. Consider increasing your stretch time up to, two sets of one minute in each direction, by saying this I mean adding fifteen seconds each week for four weeks to your over all stretch time.

    You are showing signs of gains, try not to sweat the yardstick yet.

    How is your overall PI?

    If they are awesome, just keep what you are doing and gain will come eventually. If you are experiencing negative PIs, then you might want to adjust your routine.

    Thanks for the fast answers. I am warming up with a towel for about 10 minutes.When the towel is getting cold i am refreshing it with hot water ( in every 1 - 2 minute).
    I dont know thats Pl . Can u explain to me .Sorry , i am so incompetent.

    It seems that you missed important steps in your learning of PE. PIs are essential to growth, as stated in this article: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!. You must read as much as you can about PE if you want to maximize your gains because knowledge is one of the key, as are consistency, hard work and patience. As said above 2 months is nothing.     Thank you normalguy i didnt read about PI before . So my indicators are : i have harder erection , sometimes i feel that my flaccid pennis is bigger than before, in the mornings is more often to be in 50 % erect state so i think thats a good signs . Sometimes i am feeling that my pennis isnt rested if i ejaculate maybe i am feeling it tired so i dont know , what do u think ?

    From what you said, your erection quality has increased and you have a bigger flaccid. These are definitely positive PIs. You didn't say anything about your nocturnal/morning woods so I guess everything is normal here. So I take it that you're not overtraining (EQ is the most sensitive PI according to my experience). Stick to your routine: 2 months isn't enough to give up!
