Thread: Hello PE Members Need Help

Hello Everyone,
I'm new here to the community and would love some help from everyone. I've had a lot of family problems and I've gained a significant amount of weight. I'm currently doing things to lose weight but i would like to also get HUNG. I'm a pretty chill guy who loves Jugs and Poon. Im here to gain length and girth like everyone else and pick up new things along the way as well as educate others along the way.
I've skimmed through JP's 90 day routine but its a little different when its in writing as opposed to seeing visual exercising. If theirs any pictures videos etc on Jps routine Please post back in this thread or have any other suggestions.

How hard can it be to understand? The only thing you need to understand is "left", "right", "underhand", "overhand", "ok-grip",...
It's all pretty easy. If you aren't even bothered to put some effort into understanding the excercises, I highly doubt PE is something for you. So read them again and try to figure it out. Read, read, read is what you have to do.

Have you read the PESG success story? Check the Success forum. Might give you food for thought on how you want to start your PE.
I chose a combo of PESG's light workout and some info and stretches from JP. You could consider it a light/intermediate routine and after 3 months (including at least 5 occasions of having 4-6 days totally off within that time) I've added over quarter of an inch. Approaching a half really at maximum. Some light girth gains perhaps but girth exercises are best once you have a little experience under your belt and your penis is conditioned.

To be quite honest i gave a thought about what you said and actually read it through and it is quite simple.
i posted that because i just really didnt want to do it the wrong way. I'm NEW so i just dont wanna mess up my penis and im more of a visual learner than a reading learner

hey man. well you are going about things the right way! read it, be sure... i think as this is your attitude you'll be fine!
i'd say follow the PESG routine as you are being cautious. start with the simple 'ok' grip and nothing else, do it for ten minutes. observe your penis and how it feels. be firm but not TOO hard (i'm sure you'll be cautious). As you make that start, read as much as you can and start to decide on the nature of the newbie routine you want to give yourself. learn as you go, become more confident.
