here it is, in all its epic glory.
8 min warm up, hot washcloth wrap
Stretch:
grasp your penis and slowly pull it out to a decent (but not too hard at this stage) stretch. Then hold the stretch and do 10 rotaries clockwise and anti-clockwise after each direction. after each directional do 25 quick kegels.
50 reverse Jelqs: grip at glans, jelq down tword base while holding penis out with other. each rep taking 4 seconds.
Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs(3-5 seconds a rep) = one set
Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs. (3-5 seconds a rep) = whole workout
100 kegels over the course of the day +8 everyday (4 seconds each contraction) 1/4 at 9:00,12:00, 3:00, 6:00
5-6 minute warm down= keep hot.
edging 50 minutes.

is this a noob routine? if so i think it is firm, but fair! sorry! i wanted to be brutal but it seems reasonable to me.
Start:
BPEL 6.25" - NBPEL 5.75" - EG 4.75"
3 Month Measurements:
BPEL 6.75" - NBPEL 6.25" - EG 4.87" !!!
Short Term Goals:
BPEL 7.00" - NBPEL 6.5" - EG 5.25"

yeah, I'm probably gonna go into it a re-customize in after I do this for about 3 months. focusing on whatever is lack luster at that time, but ill cross that bridge when i get there.
