    Hi, I'm new here to the Pegym forums so I thought I'd come to this section and ask some questions. I'm 18 years old with an uncircumsized 6.90-7 inch penis. The length isn't the problem, its more my girth... its 4.60 so it doesn't look very flattering when compared to the height. It looks more... skinny when looking down on it. I've received no complaints from previous encounters, but I still feel my penis isn't... thick enough. My question to any member of this forum who is able to help me is, can you tell me what exercises I need to do and when I need to do it in order to thicken my girth? My length is fine, I just want at least a full inch in growth of my girth. I would very much appreciate the help.

    Well first off, dont smoke ciggerettes, drink plenty of water, eat good food when you can, get sleep, follow jp's 90 day beginner plan to the T, and after that 90 days come back and ask about more advanced exercises, keep motivation, and i promise you that you will gain that inch.

    Ok, thanks. But the thing is, I'm not completely sure if I'm doing the exercises right... especially with me being uncircumcised. All I want is an increase in girth, length would be fine, but as for now I just want an increase in girth. I just want exercises that specifically focus around that. Do I hve to do all the exercises or can I just do certain ones for girth?

    well focusing on girth in jelqing means jelqing at highhh erection levels but your a beginner so you shouldn't do that, just follow the 90 day routine, after that then look at doin other exercises that focus on girth, besides your not going to see anything overnight, and the gains made will need to be cemented, X+D+G+T=A long time commitment to P.E. or you might as well quit now. Follow the 90 day routine, and youll more than likely see girth results from that, its also a journey of you learning about your own body and how your body reacts to different things, namely your penises reaction to P.E., youll learn in time what works best for you, but again 90 DAYS!! routine first. Why do i keep repeating that, because its pretty important to your penis that you don't embarq on this with misguided directions and hurt your junk. Catch my drift. Good Luck
