Thread: Quicker Method?

I am currently going through JP's 90 day program. The program within itself is great, I love seeing the pump I get after a nice workout. The only problem is that it's too time consuming, if done correctly (maybe i'm wrong) it takes me roughly an hour to complete. Is there any way I can tone down the length of time or regiment itself to fit 20-30 minutes? Again, i'm not trying to cut corners, it's just that i'm a college student and simply cannot spend an hour everyday doing this. A suggestion to myself was, maybe I could go harder (intensity wise) with less reps? You know, the ole' less is better path?

The less is more path in PE is usually doing less intense stuff over more intense stuff. The more the intensity the more risk of injury and since the beginner program is meant to condition you, it is less intense. Honestly, if you have to make it shorter, than just cut some stuff out of it if you have to. If you have an hour, do the whole thing, if you have half an hour pick and choose.

I really want this, so in order for me to grow i'll have to sacrifice some time. I'll see how it goes within the next couple of weeks. I think it's just a matter of sitting down on the john and jelqing it out. Hopefully the gains I achieve in the near future *crosses fingers* will motivate me to stick with it.

Well what you can do is split the workouts throughout the day. Do a warm up and manual stretching at another point in the day, then your warm up and jelqing session later on. That should reduce your time down to 30-40 mins in the one session.
However, I remember doing JP'S routine back in 2004 and it only took 40 mins total. 8 minute warm up. stretching took 5 mins. Jelqing took another 15 mins then a light stretch and cool down for 5 mins. On top of that I did piss pulls every time I was at the toilet so 5 mins a day and later on in my PE career I started doing the 3 part drys. 2-3 minute sessions 3 times a day. That gave me a total of 1 hour manual workouts. Plus the power jelq and penimaster took me to 2-3 hours 4-5 days a week.
Again it all depends on how much you want it.If you build it, she will cum!

Enlarging your penis asks efforts and time. If you really want a bigger penis, you'll surely be able to find some time to do your routine. I, for example, do my routine at night when everyone in the house is asleep, and my routine lasts longer than 1 hour. I'm just cutting some sleep. Where there's a will, there's a way! Keep this in mind!
