hey guys my routine is something like this 1 on 1 off
Routine:
100 kegels throught out the day
10-15min warm up
5min streching 30sec each side 3 cycles( up,right, left, down, straight) I kegel at 9:00
so i kegel against the stretch up and straight
10min of Jelq( 3-5sec stroke)
I dont warm down i dont know if thats bad to but i had no injurys. I also forgot that i warm up in the shower. Please tell me what u think so far the routine is going good close to 3weeks, iam thinking about adding a little more min to my jelq and hold the stretch for 40sec, and good from 1on 1 off to 2 on 1 off. from my experience the more you jelq the less gains
i used to do 2 days on 1 day of for the 1st week, 7-8 min warm-up 5 min stretching, and did around 100 jelqs, week 2 3 days on 1 day off, same routine but i added jelqs, did around 150, week 3 same routine but i wanted to do this time 200 jelqs, but i did 160 strokes, i woke up, erection wasn't that hard, the was morning wood but not a big 1, 2nd days of my 3rd week routine i've read that beginners think more is better, but it doesn't work this way for beginners, so on 2nd day of 3rd week instead of doing 200 jelqs or 150 i did 100 jelqs ( always warmed down after session ) and what happened after these 100 jelqs? my penis never used to hang after session, after doing only 100 strokes my penis hanged all night, woke up with rock hard erection and morning wood was ugh... had to masturbate ( after not doing it for 1 week )

yeah i diff agreei guess its easier for me to go by min like 10min of jelq instead of counting the strokes, i know i go slow around 3-5 sec strokes and its been working i get hard during the day and sometimes in the morning almost every day. I can't help it to masturbate because its so hard but i try not to soo much maybe 2-3 times a week, i don't know if thats too much, Last night i tried edgeing i did about 10-15min i went fast and slow and i was rock hard. Woke up this morning and had morning wood not raging hard not ontill i touch it and my flaccid has been alot longer too. Iam trying to find my median how how my body is but nothing negive yet thank good but i deff feel ready to which to 2 on 1 off but keep the same work out cause i dont want to over stress my penis. I need to start warming down after a work out. But i do hang after a work out but not for long maybe a hour or soo don't know if thats a good PI?

But i diff will keep that in mind of doing maybe 5-7min instead of 10min just to see how my body reacts
