    Hey guys what would be better to count my Jelqs of 5 seconds each stroke or do my Jelqs with a time limit?

    Counting Each Jelq of 5 seconds is going to make me crazy and Im planning of doing atleast 100-200 5 second Jelq strokes per day.

    How do you guys do your Jelqing? Do you count each Strokes or Time your selfs?


    Also I have a question? you guys say that when jelqing you should go for 5 seconds atleast? Does each stroke I mean your right hand should be 5 seconds when you reach to your glands and another 5 seconds but with your other left hand! Is this correct? After doing both strokes that would count as 1 Jelq if Im correct?

    I do a 2 to 3-second stroke (4 to 6 seconds for both hands) and count that as one repetition.

    Hope you are easing into this. No one should begin with 100 to 200 jelqs per day.

    Since you are just starting, sick to a count. Eventually, you'll get a feel for it and you will be better able to gauge your PIs and fatigue level. Then you can go more towards a feeling and aim for "plumpness" rather than stick to a count.

    So this is what i do the first time i start a new like 300. I time myseft and cunt so i know that 300 jelq's is 14min's so the next time. I do them i go to www.onlinestopwatch.com and set it 14min nice slow 5 sec left hand thats 1 rep and 5 sec on the right thats 2 rep's and so on.

    After all those months, I still count the jelqs, even if I do a lot more of them than at the beginner. Each hand motion lasts around 4 seconds and I repeat in my head during each jelq that I'm getting bigger (to help me visualize my goals...).

    I have a hard time counting the Jelqs I only count the strokes cause I think those are important and I set an alarm clock of 10 min and start doing Jelqs with 5 sec = 1 stroke x2 = 1 rep = 10 sec or so, I hope I didn't confused you. :P

    I use time as a reference since I found counting is distracting. I do at least 5 sec each hand , so more than 10 secs in one rep. I am doing 15 min jelq now and I don't even care about the count. I really think time is the key here.

    Never counted mine....Makes it a chore to do so. But then again I do my stuff laying on my bed watching TV.

    As far as how long for each one- It is all personal and can vary by size, etc. I would just see what seems to be working and feeling good.
