before i start pe, bulge underneath penis near head

hello,

i've actually been jelqing for a week or so, doing a newbie routine of warming up for 5-10 minutes w/ towel, basic stretching (up down side to side ne nw etc) then 80-100 slow wet jelqs (all whilst in shower), warming down

my penis, even before i started to jelq, has more girth near the end, and becomes thinner at mid shaft (near circumcision scar), and is uniform to the base. when it's hard, it results in a very slight "n" or downward curve.

i notice that when i get a hard on in public or wake up with morning wood while sleeping on my stomach, the part of my penis with more girth is wrapped underneath my balls and mid shaft where it loses girth bends around my balls (basically the odd shape fits with my semi erect penis resting on testicles)

interestingly enough, the increase in girth is only at the bottom of the penis, so from my profile it looks as if it's bulging from the bottom, the top is pretty flat (aside from the slight curve)

i'm worried because after a few jelqing sessions, it seems as if the bulge is more prominent (perhaps I'm being more paranoid), especially in my flaccid state

any ideas? i did try jelqing when i was younger and less conscious of the risk of injury, but only a handful of times. is this slight peyronies? or what? should i stop jelqing altogether? will it fix it?

additionally: i have hourglass dick when transitioning from flaccid to erect, usually when it's cold, and lately surrounding my pe session (first two times it happened, last two times can't recall it happening)

i believe that i injured myself from intense masturbation sessions during my teenage years (stop and go for 1 hour +)
