so i followed the routine, slapped a hot towel on that bad boy and warmed up. seems to work better warming up then not so ill keep doing that. i tried out the edging and i wonder would a cock ring help in that exercise? also for anyone that exercises, you can get your l-arginine from the supplement called NO2. very good for body building, and gets you rock hard. without even doing PE exercises i saw my penis grow during the time i used NO2.
