NBPEL varies with your body fat percentage, but with BPEL you can jam it through all of that fat. Also doing BPEL will the same amount of pressure each time, will ensure that you know you are really gaining, and for example not losing weight(which could affect your NBPEL).

If a very fat guy weighing 400lbs has a BPEL of 7 inches then he might possibly only have a NBPEL of 4 inches. So does he have a 7 inch penis or a 4 inch penis?
