First blood spots in the inside shaft

So today I got my first blood spots in the inside shaft of the penis.

Today routine:

Routine:
Warm Up:
10 min with hot water.

Stretch: (x3)
Helicopter 5rps/20seconds
Left with 25kegels
10 circle pulls left and 10 right
Right 25kegels
10 circle pulls left and 10 right
Helicopter 5rps/20seconds

Jelqs: (x3)
Wet Jelq: 50rep
V Jelq: 30rep

Warm Down:
5 min with hot water

Maybe I did something wrong, maybe too much pressure (jelq+kegel).

Should I take a break? I think yes. Until they dissapear.

In my (limited) experience it depends on the severity. A few here and there I show as signs of a heavy workout. A lot of them are signs of over working. With minor spots a day of rest is usually good enough for me. Any more than that and I take whatever time (usually 2 to 3 days) for them to go away. Heating and massaging seems to help as well. Just glancing at your workout, I would say you might think about extending your warm up time a bit if you can. If I don't do a full 20 minutes I seem to spot more.
