I have found that I have the same problems if I'm not using the right type of lubricant (ky warming jelly) and somtetimes the TV can distract me. If I lay more back rather than sitting and spread my legs more I have noticed I usually get more erect.

Hey Stealth, welcome to the pegym. Seems like you got some pretty good advice already. I'd try not to stress out too much about the red dots on your glans...to me they are a good indicator that your workout has successfully fatigued your penis and pushed blood around with at least some degree of force.
I didn't read through every post, but it seems like your workout is a little on the light side. That is usually a good thing, but you mentioned having two months under your belt. Additionally, JAI stretches will probably do little to stimulate growth on their own. I like to do JAI stretches after I have completed a more intense and primary routine. The JAI's help to combat turtling and, when combined with fowfers, help you have a nice meaty flaccid hang during the day.
