First of let me start by saying; this is not a flame thread.
I have PE'd for exactly 2 months to date and am still unsure as to what is happening...
I put my little guy through all this pulling and tugging, and the most noticeable change I have noticed is red dots on the lower part of the head of my penis (glands) and discoloration around the head of the penis (below the glands) and silver/pale looking skin on the top of my penis head. Also the last 2 sessions I have found that I lose erection after 5 jelqs (from 80% to 10%) ... even with porn on ... I don't know what the hell is going on (note. i can hold an erection easy when not jelqing)
My progress is in my signature, I am still uncertain whether this is due to wrong initial measurement and/or due to EQ.
My program was:
5-10 min warm up
50-60 wet jelqs (5+ seconds - recently I have changed my jelq technique. I use to jelq up the shaft, stop at the head, grip the base with the other hand and then continue. Now I try to keep the grip of my initial hand on the head of the penis shaft whist i move the other hand up the shaft from the base, only letting go with the initial hand after I am halfway up. Was wondering if this changes results in any way?)
Starting this week I am changing it to:
10 min warm up
15 JAI stretches
60 wet jelqs
20 min edging
I was wondering if anyone had advice regarding my routine and discoloration problems, or just general support.

You said, "I put my little guy through all this pulling and tugging", yet you were only doing a jelqing routine. I suggest that you make sure your unit is well lubricated (and keep it lubed while doing your routine), and perhaps lighten up your grip. Small red dots are not a big deal, but they are micro tears in the blood veins in your shaft. Only doing the few number of jelqs you are doing should not cause that unless you are doing them too aggressively. Some might say warm up more, I think you just need to work on your technique.

They are appearing on the head of the penis not the shaft.
And I thought my technique was pretty decent, and long strokes.
I'm curious as to the sudden poor ability to maintain an erection though :sStarting Stats - (1 March 2011)

Well describing penile exercising as pulling and tugging probably holds a lot of significance in this case.

I have to agree with RBI, your workout does not seem that intense and if your EQ is going down you must be jelquing to hard or maybe even stretching with too much force.
try to lighten up a bit and see if your EQ goes up, also try warming down.

Try lightening your grip, jelqing should be more of a "massage" than "pull", lube that baby up!
It sounds like you may just be getting negative PI's from too much force.

'Had the same red dots when I first started jelquing. I was doing it in the shower but not using lube and was too agressive. I even damaged a lymph vessel just below my glans (scared the crap out of me and led me to this site for help).
Lubing well and only applying enough pressure to move the blood bluge and no more dots.
Try to work kegeling into your day. I do it in the car on the way to/from work. Amazing improvement in my EQ and morning wood has become alot more regular than it was before PE.

Just a few more questions.
Is the new method of jelqing i described more effective or harmful?
Also how many times should I ideally reach the PONR in a 20min edge session?
And I heard that kegeling too much can have a negative effect, so what would be a good safe number of kegels to do per day?

The 'failure to maintain an erection while jelqing' is often referred to as your penis 'learning the difference between work and play'.
Usually when guys first start jelqing they get too erect.
OR, it's only been 2 sessions so it may be temporary, what schedule do you use?
Also, if you were jelqing at 80% that may explain some of your PI's, a little high maybe...Foreskins are friends.
