    I just started, what im doing is
    10 min warm up (rice sock)
    6 mins stretching(straight out, left, right, down, up) hold each for 30 seconds
    10 minutes wet jelq (5 second strokes)
    then i edge untill i think im going to ejaculate so i stop

    will this routine get me gains?
    Also im already like 6.25" or 6.50" long but im not that thick so if theres a thickness workout i could throw into my routine thatd be great (i would really like to be a lot thicker)
    Oh and should i add kegels?

    Yes, but take a look at JP's 90 day routine. If you think it is a bit intense, just do 2 days on 1 day of instead of the recommended 5 days on 2 days off.

    I'm a relatively new to this as well, but to the best of my knowledge, if you want girth focus on jelqing whilst being more erect (but no more than ~75%). And you should definitely add kegels. Try to do 100 a day with a 2 or 3 second hold. You could also try doing 50 reverse kegels as well.
    Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
    Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
    Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"

      But seriously. If you want to gain girth size then you need to be jelging your cock.
      Also the bathmate isn't a bad idea. Heck why not both. That's what I recommend.

        would it be overkill to do 10 minutes of regular jelqing then 5 of v jelquing?
