I searched,but couldnt seem to find the proper rest time for the Jelq exercises,what is the best recommended practice,should I exercise every other day,like weight lifting,Thanks in advance.

Most people do a 2 on 1 day off schedule. Meaning, jelq or do whatever PE exercises you do for 2 days in a row then rest the third day. So on and so forth. Other options are every other day, 5 on 2 off, 3 on 1 off, or you can do it everyday and take days off only when your penis feels fatigued.
If you're just starting then do every other or 2 on 1 off. Honestly though it depends on the person and how your penis feels, if your dick is plump and feels ready to go, then jelq it.BPEL 6.75 (+.25)
