  • Cementing Gains

    Hey all!

I'm new here and I'm so glad I stumbled upon this site and thankful people took the time to put this together.

My first post with be short, and I think what I'm going to as kwill be pretty obvious to you all :P I've seen peope mention that there is a way to cement your gains and was curious how someone would go about doing that?

Forgive me if I find it hard to believe, but it only takes a few weeks of maintainance to cement gain?

You can usually figure your gains are cemented, when you can measure + or - 1/8" three or more days in a row.
