  • Finally done with the Beginner Routine

    I've official complete the 90 Day beginner routine, I didn't get any noticeable gains, but I have notice a couple visual changes, such as more veins and looser skin/new foreskin. Also, probably thanks to all the kegeling/edging I've been doing it's also much harder and I can shoot like a pornstar now lol.

    I feel like I just really started to reap the rewards of PE in the last 2 weeks though, because my increased warm-ups with a rice sock, you can really feel the difference when you do a 20-25 minute warmup. Hopefully it won't take forever for me to start seeing these girth gains.

    Anybody have any tips?

    Starting: 2/15/12 - NBPEL 8 - , EG (midshaft) - 5.75

    3/11/12 - NBPEL 8, BPEL 8.5, EG - 6.0

    Goal: EG (midshaft) - 6.5

    Girth gains can be very tough but something that helped me was slowing down my jelqs to 6 or 7 seconds per stroke and i feel like it helps a lot more. also i used to go for a certain amount of reps but now i just go for 20 to 30 minutes. Also don't forget to warm down.

      Remember that JP90 is meant to get you ready for the more advanced routines, while you can get your beginner gains from it it appears that it didn't do much for you but that's OK you're now ready for the advanced exercises. Since you want more girth include squeezes into your routine. Horse Squeeze, Uli, clamping, their all good just find what works best for you. Uli's work particularly well for me, I can really feel the pressure after a good session. Remember to stay consistent with whatever you choose and good luck.
      Start - 5" x 4.6"...ish (no clue when I actually started PE)

      4/1/12 - 7.25" BPEL x 5.25" MEG
      11/23/12 - 7.5" BPEL x 5.375 MEG
      11/23/12 - 8.125" BPFSL

      Short Term Goal - 8" x 5.5"
      Long Term Goal - 9.5" x 6.5"

        I would think that better boners and more viens are the preliminary signs of gains, keep on with the lifestyle and youll be reporting some gains soon enough, good job on completing the program.
        Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
