    Hey, I'm new here and just bought the book. I have several questions:

    1) If I have a choice what is the best time to do the pe workouts early in the morning when I wake up, mid afternoon, or late night before I go to sleep? I work a 3-11pm shift.

    2)I'm trying to get in shape and will also start working out at the a gym how will this effect PE? If I workout early in the morning can I do Pe just before my workout or after once I cool off or should I do it later on in the day?

    3)I plan on going on the anabolic diet also. Its a diet where its low carb for 5 days with high protein and high healthy fat with 1-2 days of carb loading. Does anyone think this would have a negative effect on PE? Or should I not worry about that?

    4)Being that I am a beginner should I use the evo solution or not? If not how long should I wait before using it?

    5)As far as PE and having sex or masturbating should I do PE on days I am not doing either or does it not matter? I also don't masturbate so would just having sex alone help maximize growth with pe? I stopped masturbating once I started having sex regularly and can't get myself to do it because it feels no where near as good.


    6)If I want to base my goal on fitting a 9.5 1.75 xxl magnum durex what does the 1.35 translate into as far as girth in inches?

    I plan on starting a the pe program, but before I do I want to find out the answer to these questions first.

    if you only have an answer for 1 or a few i'll appreciate it. if you don't know the answer to some only answer the ones you know.

    1: Whatever is most comfrtible forr you.
    2: No, working out may inprove penis health, go for it.
    3: I do a simular diet, i still got a big dick.
    4: Mineral oil, or any lube that does not dry out your dick should be fine.
    5: Have sex whenever possible, sex/masturbation does not hinder gains.
    6: I don't wear condoms, find one that feels good.

    1) Anytime you like, but it's better when you have energy for concentration
    2) Working out is fine, I use to PE after and I made gains. Your killing two birds with 1 stone if you PE in the shower after.
    3) Don't worry about it.
    4) You can use any lube or oil like KP said, but stay away from lotion, it soaks into the skin too fast.
    5) Some places say don't ejaculate 1-5 hours before or after PE. An hour should be fine just to be sure.
    6) Don't worry about that, just a few different types and see what fits.

    PS~ Some where I read that statistically any penis bigger than 8.5 may bring discomfort to the male and/or female. I don't know for sure if this is true, but take it into thought.
