    Hello fellow PE'ers.
    I recently took up jelqing and stretching exercises about a week and a half ago. Since I've seen a variety of methods for the novice, and have tried a few different procedures one day after the next. I know this is probably not the best way to judge how a long-term schedule would effect growth, but I was trying to detect the hints my member was giving me, the PI's and NI's etc. For example, JonPop's rigorous beginner routine left me bereft of morning wood the following day, though I experienced no pain (or numbness for that manner). I've figured the beginner's routine hosted on the actual beginner's routine page has been the most effective, even though I tried it just yesterday (hard erection I believe that was something of a response, the following morning). I have thought about sticking with that particular one as result, but do have a question - it does state that the first week should be one day on, two off. However, I believe I have kind of conditioned my penis over the past week already; so should I just skip to the one day on, one day off schedule (I am taking a break this night either way)? I don't want to be left at a standstill this early as I have a tendency to give up when faced with dilemnas early on in any of my exploits. Any responses would be greatly appreciated, oh wise ones.

    Oh, and I'm curious to see what you think of the procedure this guy describes (it seems to really have been fine with me, being neither too intense or lax)... the stretches he describes asides from the jelq seem a bit different then any I have seen mentioned in these forums...

    Avixiel, Welcome to the PE Gym. Ok. If you are jelqing a balloon you can do it that way, but if you are jelqing your penis, you never Jelq over the glans, (head) of your penis. You Jelq to the glans then stop, hold a second or two, then start the other hand up, then release the first hand.

    Yes I realize this... but that fact notwithstanding, is it a wise schedule to follow?
    And another question I thought I might as well add... I did read in a couple of places that masturbating up until a point right before orgasm, stopping, going flacid then repeating a few more times helps enlarge or at least strengthen the penis. Any information on that?

    Dpn't know about enlarging the penis, but it sounds like a good way to enlarge your prostate.
