Thread: Advice/critique for routine?

Hi I've been doing PE for about 4 months now, and I wanted some feedback from others who are more experienced with this stuff since my minimal results seem to imply a less-than-effective routine..
I split up my routine between morning and night, length followed by girth work respectively:
length
3x45s stretch (all directions except down)
3x20 JAI's
girth
3x2min30s jelq
3x90s uli
Starting this week, I've added on a 15s increment onto my original time and I intend to add on another 15s every 2/3 weeks. Since I started, I've gained maybe 0.20" girth and 0.25" length. As well, I tend to masturbate after I do a PE workout.
Please please please, any advice or criticisms would be very helpful and appreciated.

And, slow down on the masturbating. Take the supplements I recommend , you are losing alot of essential minerals when you yank off everyday.

You might want to up your stretch times to 2 or 3 minute holds. I found longer duration stretching worked much better for me.
May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"

Thanks for the help guys, I'm looking forward to really getting into this.. even if little gains are made I will be pretty happy.
Also JonPop, after reading your 90 day routine is it 2 sets of jelq/v-jelq, and 1 rotation of stretching per session (5 on 2 off)? Also, how would you recommend increasing intensity for these exercises, if at all?

The routine is beginner, so 5 on 2 off is most recommended. As you get into more intense and expert training, 2 on 1 off might be better.
