hi i followed the beginners routine and was curious as to what changes could i make to my routine so that i could make the best gains possible. Is there any limit as to how long you should jelq for and what stretches are the best for making gains. Im new to this and any advice would be great thanks

Kenshin, once you have completed the beginners routine start by upping your reps and time. For instance, add 20 jelqs per week or
instead of holding a stretch for 30 seconds, hold it for 45 or 1 minute. Go slowly but continue to increase the stress on your penis.
You could also add another exercise or device (perhaps an ADS.)
Whatever route you choose, monitor your PIs and be careful not to over do it. Be sure to take rest days.May 2006: 5.75" X 4.5" - Now: 7.44" X 4.875"
