When I finished the JP90 routine, I immediately transitioned in to a more girth intensive routine. It basically consisted of dry jelq, ulis, erect bends, compressors, followed by a hour or more of edgng. I was on a 2-3 day on and 1-2 day off schedule depending on how my PIs felt.

In the two weeks I have made my first girth gains of .05 inches, which isn't a lot but it's a start and I'm so happy. I have moved to a 1 on 1 off schedule trying to keep 48 hours between my workouts because I read that recovery is important, but has anybody here utilized back to back routines like 2 days in a row and received good results?
