    Ok what is the differenc ebetween v and u grip jelq? I only understand the v grip jelq...

    Now at six weeks, I think, into Kingpole's suggested program and this AM I measured 6" BPEL. Girth seems unchanged at 5". I started at 5.5"X5". No more spontaneous erections in the AM yet but I guess there is still hope. The ED is really pretty advanced. I am now able to jelq at about 40 to 50%. That is a little better than before. It requires constant stimulation to maintain, though. I am now stretching for 10 min Jelqing 75 strokes for 3 to 5 sec and doing 100 kegels while edging.
    I bathroom Kegel and JAI stretch on the off days. The flacid hang has improved some too. I am usually scared turtle.

    I am supposed to get outfitted with a cpap machine for my sleep apnea so maybe that will eventually help with the ed thing. There have been some medical reports to that effect. Also, taking a course of B vitamins has beat back my neuropathy a little and reduced much of the pin and needles and some numbing. Hopefully, that will also positively affect the nerve function part of the ED equation.

    My short term goal is 6.5"X5.5" and regain some EQ. Thanks for the advice via this forum.

    Im taking sublingual b12 and biotin. lately the neuropathy has been getting out of hand. This helps a lot. I was wondering you said you have sleep apnea. Do you take antihistamines? Keep at it don't get discouraged I had complete ED now im fully recovered. It took a few months hang in there. You have to eliminate the things that contribute to ED. like beer, most blood presure medications and SSRI'S. Your doctor can help you get on medications that don't contribute to ED.

    Hey, I've been on your program for about a week now, https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...key-s-log.html (fyi), but, I have a question:

    Is it O.K. for me to do edging, but not ejaculate at the end of every session? I'm only curious, because if I don't ejaculate, I'll have a stronger/healthier erection for my girlfriend later on in the day (or the next). So, I would like to keep optimal erections for her--but if I have to ejaculate during every session, I'll just live with it.

    Ejaculation is optional, you can keep it for your lady. Some don't ejaculate they say it gives them more energy. I to have experienced this to.

    I'm taking a B50 complex + 200mg benfotiamine + 1000mcg B12 sublingual. After a cuople of weeks my numbing and tinglling has subsided to a noticable degree. My daily walks were always ended in some pain and my feet were really on fire. That has stopped. There is still some background level, but way less. Hoping for more improvement. Check out Diabetic Nutritional Supplement, Neuropathy Treatment, Enzyme Transketolase - Benfotiamine.Net and John A Senneff's "Nutrients for Neuropathy". Most of the clinical work on benfotiamine has to do with diabetic related neuropathy. I'm what they call pre-diabetic, at least some docs do. Most of the evidence for non-diabetics is anecdotal.

    Re the blood pressure meds, I just had a visit about that with my doc and we are in the midst of changing that to get rid of the hctz component which is a known ED inducer.

    Re the cpap machine. I guess the wife is going to be sleeping with Darth Vader.

    I decided to take a few of your ideas (the 5 second jelq, 50 kegals 100% erect, and ballooning for 20 minutes) and apply them to my own workout. My only problem is...once I get done jelqing (OK grip and V jelgs), I can't get 100% erect. Actually, during jelqing, I struggle to stay even close to 50-60%. I constantly return to a flaccid state. Help?

    I was on EndowMax for about a month and it basically just gave me loose stools, so I just recently stopped. I did notice slightly stronger erections while on it, could it just be my body adjusting to its absence?

    EDIT: After about 8 minutes, I was about to get a full 100% erection. I then ballooned for 17 minutes (I couldn't go any longer). Is it normal not to be able to get an erection immediantly following PE?
