    Good then your getting adequate rest days between. How is the edging part, have you advanced in that, like do you go beyond one PONR? Longer you sustain a full erection after pe the greater the gains. Some guys don't gain for months for the first two months i i got was flaccid gains. I was concerned that i would have a longer flaccid than erect length. but then sudenly the gains came.

    Ok, that is good to hear. I still haven't lost hope, I have faith in your routine. What do you mean by more than 1 PONR? I've been doing edging for about 15-20 mins at the end of routines. Also, what is your opinion on sex on off days, should I try to limit that as much as possible while on the routine?

    Do not limit sex. When you have come to the point of no return once try to get their again if possible. Your doing good. How erect are you when you jelq?

    If I had to guess, I start off at about 75% and then it varies through teh exercise, never more than 70% though after the intial start. durign edging, I have several times where it feels like im about to ejaculate, my penis even contracts several times like it is ejaculating, but nothing comes out, is this what you mean by more than 1 PONR? I usually have about 2-4 of these during the 15-20 min session.

    Is there any supplements I should take while doing this to see if I can get any gains or should I wait a couple more weeks? Like I mentioned earlier, I've been doign this without missing a day for over 2 months now, with no gains erect or flacid.

    No need to wait, adjust the erection levdel when you jelq. Jelq at a lower erection level.

    Kingpole,I will be signing up to this routine after I complete my 90 day newbie routine (on this site)
    I'm already 7 days into that,so just completed my 2 days rest & have to say it seems to be working already.Ok that could be a phsycological thing but my penis feels more engorged during the day & turtles far less,infact it very rarely turtles anymore.

    So I'll complete the newbie routine then jump on this straight after and will keep you in the loop over my progress

    Thanks very much for putting this together,and everyone behind this site because I am loving it.There's so much info & facts I didn't know or even consider and I know I'm on my way to a big,healthy,bigger than average penis.
