This is the type of jelq you need to do while doing this program. I find the "V" grip jelq is far more effective than the OK grip. But use whatever is most comfortible for you.
Try putting the OK grip at the base of the penis. And another at the just below the glans. Then slowly move the base grip up to the griip near the glans. You should get an amazing bulge. Then repeat. This is what I call a comeplete jelq. However a lite grip is best for this.
What is going on is your trapping the blood and it collects in the cavernosums and has no where to go, but to create a bulge. Warning heavy grips may cause injury doing this type of jelq.
Start out after a good warm up and stretch. Try to start at an erection level no more than 30%. Believe me by the time your base grip gets up to the glans grip you will be ab out 60-80% erect.
your jelq speed should be between 8 and 20 seconds per jelq. So in a span of twenty minutes you may get in about 60 jelqs. Remember the quality of the jelq is better than the quanity.

I actually lose my erection when I jelq slowly. Today, when trying to do 8 second jelqs, I had to stop about every 10 reps because I would basically go totally flaccid.

The lower the erection level the better! try to keep it around 40%. never go over 50% if you can. If you do let it rest tell it slides under 50%. Going flaccid is great to do flaccid jelqs. some of the big and fast growers did a lot of low erection jelqs to flaccid jelqs and grew fast, Me when i statted PE i still had ED and i was happy if i could muster up a 40% erection. After a few months of no gains Wahm! two inches in four months. It was when the EQ started inproving and erection level at 60% produced little or no gains.
I had a bit of of a gain with full erect jelqs not much. And a bit of a gin with 60% and greater. but most of the gains came with low erection levels.

Im making a change here a choice as of 1/19/09 You can also do this with a 40% erection if you want. Im begining to think the lower erect jelqs are better for length gains. 60% if you want to but hey if you can't get it up to 60% 40 is ok, infact it may work better. Also flaccid jelqs feel good and may actually help with lnegth gains as well
Now after the jelqing session is over you will strongly kegel for about 50 reps. Then BC muscles only. Your penis will be fully erect anyway.
You will know you are correctly using the BC muscle because your penis will bob up and down a bit while flexing it. As you advance you willl learn to hold the kegel for a minute or longer.
You can also use the OK grip.
Then immediatly you will go into post PE edging. By keeping the erection engorged as long as possible you encourage growth and stamina. Try to aim for a twenty minute session without ejaculating.
You will terminate the session with an ejaculation. This ejaculation will be intense and explosive and messy.
Then if you can warm down for 5- 10 minutes.
You can maintain a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule. Or Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday. No splitting the program up.
At the same time I Will be doing the program with you.
If you feel pain at anytime stop the session
Your grips will be lite. A decription of this is your dick is an egg and you don't want to crack the shell. This allows for the plumping effect. Sometimes harder grips do not allow the blood to flow in and out of the penis correctly and you end up with a poor session. The penis does not expand effectively.
The exapansion (intensity) comes into effect from the slow jelqing and slow stretching.
You will keep the PE session in the pleasure zone. If it Stops feeling good it wont work.

4 months in, haven't had any gains yet. Wondering what I'm doing wrong, so I will detail how I am following your routine. Started back around 9/11, MWF routine every week, have missed at most 3 or 4 days during this period due to lack of privacy/trips. My routine, I start with a warmup of about 5-10 mins, then do 10 min of 30 second stretches in each 5 directions (out, up, down, left, right). Also do 50 5 second kegals while doing this stretch, helps to keep me totally flacid. Next I do 10 min of helicopter stretches. Next I do 40 "V" grip jelqs, and then I follow this with 40 ok sign/normal grip jelqs. I try to keep my erection level as low as possible during the jelq sessions, and keep the form slow. I then finish the session off with 15+ min of edging, and then warm down.
Couple questions:
1. My V Jelq form is a lot like the "U" grip you described above, so how do you do the "V" grip jelq?
2. Should I do another set of 50 5 second kegals after jelqing in addition to the ones I do while stretching?
3. Do you see any changes I should make to this routine? It's been 4 months without gains, and getting a little disheartening.....
