    Resistance, one must avoid resistance while jelqing. The seemingly annoying feeling you get in your dick when it no longer wants to be worked. At all times your semi erect penis must be pliable and warn to the touch, hot would be better. When and if things get less pliabe and stretchy, floppy, sloppy, gummy, maleable you must stop jelqing. Let the erection subside and go into the bed fowfer position to get your ding dong sloppy and floppy again. If it does not return to the maleable stage stop jelqing and call it a day.

    You may have to do it for se veral months to see results. You hvae to get your edgeing time to at least 3o minutes following yout 15-30 inutes of PE. This routine is time consuming and requires a minimum of three days per week.

    I want to do this it looks like it could be very good. Im a newbie and i have a few questions about how to do things:

    - is the V grip left at the base of the shaft?
    - it's done with lubricant right?
    - what is PE edging?
    - what is the BC muscle?
    - sorry could you explain what the u grip is exactly;i mean the actual grip that you use to move up the shaft?
