Thread: Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine

    So basically the Exercise would be like this:

    Warm up - 10 min
    then stretch each direction - 10 min (Slow)
    Helicopter - 10 min
    V Jelq - 20 reps (Slow 5 sec reps)
    Normal Jelq - 20 reps(Slow 5 sec reps) [i dont know what U-jelqs are so normal "ok" grips are fine right?]
    Helicopter - 10 min
    Kegels - 50 hard kegels (5 sec hold)
    Edging - Start at 5-10 mins and every 2 weeks increase by 2 minutes (and ejaculate after edging)
    Warm down 5-10mins

    Or do we do the kegels and edging together?

    take supplements (is 1-a-day sufficient for this?)
    and the routine should be 1 day on, 1 day off?
    example: On: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    Off: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and (Sunday?)

    Try to keep routine for 6-8weeks

    would this be correct? i wanted to clarify so i dont make any mistakes XD
    Thank you SO much for this routine KP, also to add i dont smoke or drink and because im trying to get back into shape ive cut out junkfood.

    Looks like a good routine.
    You can do kegels and edging together, save time.
    Try moderate holds o those kegels.
    Yes, three days per week is sufficient.

    Yes, three days per week is sufficient.
    and will definitely stick to this routine, i will do my best to be a good student so please guide me in the right direction for maximum increase

    Sorry KP but i still dont understand what you mean by moderate holds, and on the plus side i know what the difference between v-jelqs and u-jelqs; v-jelqs: is less than 60% erection using the spock sign where as u-jelqs are over 60% erection spock sign.

    Yes on the u/v jelq thing.

    Instead of clamping down with a hard kegel try a medium kegel and try to hold it longer.

    medium kegel do you mean like 50% erect? i was confused about it thats why. and thanks for all the info i juss started this past monday liking this routine and looking forward to continue.

    Sorry for the beginner question overload, but is anyone else having a hard time on the edging, its pretty difficult i understand the wanking up until the point of ejaculation but when i get to the PONR after stopping along with the jelqing do you guys have a relatively weaker ejaculation? like its dripping out? or something along those lines? my first routine was great but todays session was pretty bad. Thnx for any feedback

    and helpjo i think you are still holding a kegal when u ejaculate sometimes when i balloon and i reach ponr ill get a little drip depending if i over did it but if u completely relax u should have normal
