    Hey kingpole,

    I'm interested in trying this out. One thing I was confused about though is what you call helicopters. Do you mean helicopter shakes when you grip the base of the penis and swing it like a keychain? Or, do you mean the rotary stretches when you grip under the glans and rotate counterclockwise and clockwise. It seems that shaking the unit for 10 minutes may be overkill, so rotary strech seems to make more sense. Let me know which you mean. Thanks for doing this. We all appreciate it.

    I'm new at these exercises. I'm bout 4.5 length I have trouble with pre ejaculation I last for bout two minutes in bed I'm so fustrated is there any hope for in getting bigger and lasting longer

    I really like this routine. Been alternating between this and JPs and I like the lower reps even tho its a longer count otherwise I get borred.

    I notice still no one has said if theyve gained.....has anyone tried and stuck with it? Any gains?

    Just went over the whole thread with a fine toothed comb and need some clarification still for a few things.

    Whats lamda mean? I dont get that one at all.

    Warm up....rice sock is good right?

    Kegaling....I get kegaling for pc but I dont get how to focus on BC and Ive searched and read and don't get the difference.

    I think I know this but total of 40 jelqs....half v half regular ok is good? I cant imagine why it would be bad but every now and then to do more shouldnt hurt right?

    Is it bad to do 2 or 3 days in a row if there are no negative PIs?

    How do you describe a 40 50% erection? From what is described in here it seems almost limp and just enough blood to move around. When Im doing them if I let it hang its got blood in it but its floppy. But as I approach the glans there is pressure and it all swells.....sound right?

    Ive been using my bathmate 20 minutes right after doing my routine. Is it ok if I wait for a few hours to edge?

    It is ok to edge a few hours after words if you use a bathmate.

    Oh and also wondering....I have an extender. I dont like using it a ton and cant use it for hours at a time. Is it worth it to put it on for a half hour here and there or a waste of time? This maybe better in the device section but I wondering specifically using it in conjunction with this routine.

    Also been traction wrapping and trying to get that down pat.
