    mr. kingpole
    what i understand is
    warm up 10-15mins, 10 min stretch and helicopter, 20 v grip jelqs and 20 ok grip jelqs, 10-20 min edging afterwards ejaculating, and lastly warm down 5-10 mins.

    i dont know how to do the v grip jelq.
    more specfic or some pictures how does it looks like?

    Hey im new to PE and im not sure if im jelqing properly. How important is the level of my erection when jelqing? Say im jelquing at about 30%-50%, which is were i find it easiest, am i actually accomplishing anything? Thanks for any feed back.

    Yes you are, if that is the right erection level for you it should work.
