I was reading the topic V-jelqs and U-jelqs are the same right?
Maybe you could reformat the original post, because even when I was reading the reactions it's still confusing to me
10-15 minutes warm-up
10 minutes stretching to all sides
40 V-jelqs 5-10 seconds?
Edging for atleast 20 minutes?

Can this routine be done an a 2 days on 1 day off basis? Also is it best it best to stretch before Jelqing with this or after?
Start: BPEL: 6.6 Inches, EG: 4.3 Inches
Goal: BPEL: 7 Inches, EG: 5 Inches
Ultimate Goal: BPEL: 8 Inches, EG: 6 Inches

Just did this routine with some additions, felt like a really good workout, will repeat again on a 2 days on 1 day of basis for a month and report back results. Here's exactly what I did:
10-15mins Warm up
10mins Stretching (with 2 x Corkscrew Stretch)
25 ^ Jelqs
25 V Jelqs
20 UJ's (actually different to the typical UJ as I can't get good expansion with normals ones. Instead I do a ^ Jelq whilst holding an OK grip under my glands)
25 ^ Jelqs
25 V Jelqs
30 x 5 second strong Kegels
10mins Edging
10mins Warm Down
My Jelq time was around 5-6 seconds per hand/stroke, next time I'll try slow it down some more, I may have to knock off the last 2 sets of ^ Jelqs and V Jelqs if I do this though as I'm pressed for time at the moment. I'll also increase Kegels reps to 50 and Edge for a little longer.Last edited by Resist; 12-30-2010 at 08:48 AM.

""Hey PE'ers, the other day I tried to do the V-Jelq, I never really read exactly how to do it, I just knew you were suppose to use your pointer and middle fingers. So what I did was I got my middle and pointer fingers and made them look like a pair of scissors.
I cupped the base of my penis with my right hand while using this grip (middle finger underneath, pointer finger on top of the base/shaft). (palm facing towards me) Then i would squeeze my fingers together as if to cut off my dick (not that hard of course) and then I would slide the grip up the shaft and it worked just like a jelq.
In fact, it worked better than a jelq for me, I could see the blood moving up through my penis and my glans swelling up. I did it the same way as a jelq (stop my right hand before the glans then do the motion with my left hand) so on and so fourth. So it is just like a jelq, but instead of making an O.K. grip, I used a "scissors" grip.

Quick question. I've just started this routine and have been sticking to it, Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. How many days of exercising should we wait before we start to add some stuff onto the program King Poles provided? 1, 2 months?
