    Yes you described a lambda jelq, i my opinon lamda jelq is best suited for increasing length if want to get some serious NBP length. This jelq is best done with a 30-50% erection level. Alturnate with the V jelq and OK grip if you like.

    Ok....so on wednesday is this correct for my session.

    Warm up.

    10 min flaccid stretch...left, down, up, out, right for 1minute stretch twice so 10mins,

    Jelqs at a 30-50%erection level....v fingers squeezing them together to really squeeze the blood for 20 reps, followed by 20 normal ok jelqs...all 5secs long minimum....do i just do the 40jelqs, then maybe add in 10extra jelqs each week?

    On all the jelqs, is it a good idea to make an ok base right at the bottom to remain consistent where i am jelqing from?

    is there any disadvantage to jelqing at like 30% level.

    Then erect kegels...followed by some quick kegels...followed by edging?

    5-10 extra jelqs every two weeks.
    That would be a flaccid jelq, flaccid jelqs are great for length.
