Thanks for replying to him, KinPole: This has answered a question of mine as well: I have been trying to jelq at 40%, but recently I have been between 30% and 50%, as I have increased the number.
But a jelq @ 40% is certainly easier than a completely flaccid jelq!!!Concentrating on kingpole's Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine

I have to say Kingpole than when reading the first posts on this thread I got to this one, I had to stop reading and step in !!

SO, I m sticking back to the 90 days routine written by JonPop, who I also thank a lot !! I say Im sticking back cause I completed it last year then I quit for different reasons. Now Im back in the train, and while reading stuff I came to this thread and it made me wonder, if u gained 2" in about 6 months... should I do this or complete JonPops routine first??

Today was my first day on this routine and my first day of any penis exersises. It went well and I followed your instructions exactly. I do have one concern. I couldnt get my penis to go below a 50-60% erection level, so my v-jelqs turned into u-jelqs and my ^-jelqs turned into, n-jelqs. Would doing my routine this way give my gains?

You should be doing the exercises exactly, and you will be able to in another week or so. It takes that long, sometimes more, for your penis to "learn" the difference between play time and work (P.E.) time. Up until now, your penis has only known 3 times: Peeing, bathing and playtime (sex). Soon, you will have the control to keep a 40% erection.

I really like this routine and am planning on starting it today. But it would be nice to get some positive affirmation on its success. I scanned through the 27 pages of this thread and didn't seem to find anyone who reported success on this besides Kingpole. Anyone willing to report both length and girth gains on KP's routine? Thanks.
