    I think Im a hard gainer, I have completed JP's 90 days routine for beginners, twice, no gains. I guess that means Im a hard gainer. Its a great routine, it did taught me how to handle the tool and get used to the exercises, etc. But I do want to gain size!!
    Im one of those who sticks to a routine strictly.
    I do not smoke, I dont drink, and I eat junk food 3 times a month average, only when i have no choice but to grab something quickly n go, but I try to stay away from it. I also go to the gym and take protein shakes. So Im pretty healthy and would love to have some help from a PE vet. to gain both knowledge and size on my end hopefully.
    I finished the 90 days last friday and took this week of vacation as Im kinda frustrated.

    I dont get the exact workout. Is it:

    Warm Up
    20 Lamda jelqs
    Stretching
    20 V grip jelqs
    50 strong kegels (with hold or just quick reps ?)
    20m edging
    Ejaculation
    Warm Down

    How strong is the jelq done properly? Do I squeeze the fingers forming the V as hard as I can or, in a scale 1 to 10 what would be the right pressure to apply?
    Edging would be reaching the point of no return and kegel as hard as possible to avoid ejaculation?? in a 20m session like.. how many times am I suppose to repeat the ejaculation block?

    I usually warm up for 15 to 20 minutes at the shower, with the water hitting straight to my penis at almost burning water temperature.. my skin ends up RED from under my belly button to my knees, so I doubt heat being the issue.

    It is not nessesary to form a hard V grip. How hard are your OK grips. If your gripping tight you may not allow yourself room to plump.

    Ooh, I was doing the regular jelqs as hard as I could as I thought that way it was more effective. Was I wrong?

    Use a soft grip while jelqing, soft and slow, as slow as you can go, make sure your base grip is as close to the body as you can get it, this causes plumping w/o having to grip hard at all.

    King, I thank you a lot for your help buddy I really do.. but again! I wanna start tomorrow morning following your directions, but I still dont know what to do exactly! Please dude, can you give me the steps to follow? Assuming that always I start off with a good warm up for both my shaft and hands, what goes next and so on, please! I will strictly stick to it and your advices, and I WILL post my observations and feedback of your routine.

    Ok step 1: get rid of distractions, turn off cell phone tv etc, you can listen to soft music if you like, something that will get you inthe mood.
    Step two: Breathe deeply into stomach, exhale slowly.
    If you shower to warm up make sure it is hot and steamy, let the water flow on the penis a good five minutes. If you ue a rice sock for warm up, warm up for a good 15 minutes.

    I prefer to lay down to do PE, i don't know if you do or not, seems to be a better quality of PE laying down.

    Step three: Stretching gently in all directions in a circle, stretch up toward navle and down toward feet. Do this for 5-10 minutes, makeing sure it feels good.

    Step four: While stretching do five d=sets of five kegles.

    Step five: Gentle jelqing ok grip, with a soft base ok grip (Finger and thumb wrapped around the base of your penis, push the grip into the pubic bone, hold for a count of five.) You should notice a plumping the penis getting fuler but not erect.

    Step six: form a soft ok grip just below the glans, (This is not a tight grip but a stablelizing grip) Now slowly move the base grip up the shaft, change hands repeat 50 times.

    Step Seven: V jelq grip, lay onyour back, lube up well for this. With the v grip applied at the bottom of the penis at the where it meets your balls. Grip bring the grip as close to the balls as possible, hold for a count of 5, then slowly bring it up the shaft towards your glans, Glans should be pointed towards your belly button.

    This is the time to get fuly erect while doing v jelqs, let the last five of fiftyv jelqs be fully erect.

    Step 8 EDGING STAGE.
    Now your merging into the EDGING statege, your going to slowly masubate with a light grip going up the shaft avoiding the glans and frebulim at first, Your going to do this to the point of no return. When you feel like your going to cum stop stroking you erection.

    Step 9: forbidden glans rub for a minute until the urge to cum subsides. Gently with the your thumb of your right hand you are going to gently rub the tops sides, and underside of your glans. Let the glans go soft while you a rubbing it. Now this may cause one dry orgasm after another, it may not.

    Step 10: Resume stroking your erection, glans should start to flare, pre cun should be copious, take yourself to PONR again. Stop stroking your cock.

    Step 11, gently message your testicles while you wait for the urge to cum goes away, gently play with them make sure it feels good, a good testicle maggage will result in a harder firmer shaft.

    Step 12, stroke erection again including the glans and frenulim slowly, tell the urge to cum, relax your pelvic floor muscles until ejacualtion has occured.

    Step 13, continue stroking until erection leaves, clean up, and place your soft but plump penis between your legs in the bed fowfer position.
