    Hey KP, I will try your routine.
    I have been doing PE for around 8-9 months and the last 6 months no gain.
    I have gained quite good in the first 2-3 months (only length but not girth...not at all.)
    I don't drink , smoke , eat junk food , so I think I'm qualified. (even though I rarely go to gym)

    Anyway I have some question.
    You said
    How to do "v"grip jelqs.
    It is best to have this area trimmed or hair willl get in the way.
    "V" grip is best done laying down or sitting.
    With your 60% erect penis pointing up toward your belly button you form a "V" grip (Spock sign) You curl the fingers.
    This becomes your base grip. You may if this helps stablelize your penis form an OK grip at the base then on top of the OK grip form the "V" grip.
    Keep the OK grip clamped at the base while you move the "V" grip slowly up te shaft.
    You slowly move the move the grip up towards the glans.
    This is best done slow.
    your erection may swell up about 100% erection. This is OK. Your jelqing mainly the CS. And very little stimuli reaches the CC.
    Why V jelq grip is concentrating on CS ? My fingers are on CC aren't they ? I don't understand.
    I would love to know because I really love this V grip jelq it feels wonderful, but my CS is big already there is no point developing CS for me.
    I want to increase CC size. (my EG is only 4") . Any suggestion beside the V jelq ? I've tried it but feel like gaining nothing.

    Do both ok grip and Vjelq. The vjelq works the CS and undersides of the CC. Always develop the CS, length gains also come from a nice healthy thick CS. This also causes your glans to be healthier and bigger as well.

    I was reading about the Supra Slammers and I had to ask.. can I add Supra Slammers to the workout u gave me? if so, will it be at the end of it while edging? How many reps?

    Supra slammers is a routine all in itself. If you do both of these routines you may whare yourself out.

    Lube up and start jelqing even if your 100% erect if you use a soft grip you may get a minimum effect. And this will help train your penis to know the diferrence between masturbation/sex and PE.
