    The first workout last night was great!

    15 minute warm up with rice sock
    10 minutes of streching with helicopters (I'm thinking about adding some big circles into the stretching)
    20 lamda jelqs
    20 Uli-V jelqs
    25 minutes of edging with kegels

    During edging, I got a hair band and wore it like a cockring for the first ten minutes and then took it off...Didn't feel like wearing myself out too bad on my first day back.

    Today was a rest day so I'm going for my second workout tomorrow.

    Is there a reason why many people in the past have been replacing the "lamda" jelqs with "U" jelqs?

    When you say edge for 20 mins do you mean 20 mins after I reach my first ponr? Or just 20 mins masturbating

    After tomorrows session, I increase to 25 lamda and v jelqs. Really enjoying the program!!! My base is looking bigger than usual and I think I'm starting to see a small amount of length already.

    Also, my minimum time for edging will go to 27 minutes. I really enjoy and recommend this routine!!!

    I got to 19 minutes edging today up from about 8 minutes. Edging is certainly an exercise in floating nirvana.

    About lambda jelqs, I believe they help you increase your BPEL. These are fun to do in the shower.
