I've been doing the lamda jelqs 2 different ways because I'm not sure which one is correct. 1 feels way more intense than the other. The lighter way is I make an upside down V with my hand down, fingers straight (not curled like v jelqs) and with my palm facing me body, then I jelq downwards.
The more intense way is I make the upside down V but my palms are facing away from my body and my fingers are curled like in the V jelq, then I jelq downwards.
Do you do the lamda jelq like either of these?

Sorry for my bad English. I do PE for 3 Month. My routine was 5 min warm up, 15 min streching in all direktions, 20 min Jelks withs standard Ok- Grip, 5min warm down (5 day on and 2 day of). I Read now yours Thred and I would change my routine. Wat you can recomend to me? Ii it right that you PE-exercises only on three day per week? I don't smoke and don't drink alkohol.

Really need your help me. First, i'm a bit confuse with the jelq portion. Is their 2 different types, lamda, ujelq and vjelq?
I laid out the program which I want to follow...it's basically my outake on your program and I added jonpops stretching guidelines because they're quite detailed and good, IMO. Please critique and I also need a few questions answered which are asked in the guideline. I want ot start this ASAP!)
Warm up with heat pad - 10 mins
10 min stretch - JonPops stretching and helicopter guide?
Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Return to the base and repeat "Helicopter Shakes". It will be easier to do now, as your flaccid length will be longer. This will get the blood back into the glans.
Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right.
Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.
Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."
Stretch straight up do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.
Finish with "Helicopter Shakes."
20 V Jelqs - 5+ seconds
20 U Jelqs - 5+ seconds - how are these done?
50 reps of kegels - How long for each kegel? 2-3 second hold good?
Edging - 20 mins
10 min warm down with heating pad
3 days a week.
Is it ok to not ejaculate after the sesssions? This is important to know...

i recently purchased the book 'excerising the penis', i have done some penis jelks, i purchased a bathMate and have been using it since end of May about 3 days per week-for 20 min, and gains are minumial if any, but there is a definate puff after the workout. Love the feel of it after done. But i get donuts and it has turned somewhat brown. The book is helping me to see that i have excerised to intensly, and not warmed up the penis prior to excerise, so i think i am going to pull back some, and warm up lots more.
i would be more than happy to learn from the book and others.

Make a V between your middle and ring finger. Then turn your hand upside down with your palm facing your body. Push the upside down V onto the top of the base of your penis and jelq downward toward your toes. Try to make each stroke last 5 seconds and you got your lamda jelq.
