Just started my 4th week today. My girth is feeling thicker thanks to the Uli V jelqs and I'm having great/consistent erection quality.
I switched things up a little bit today in my routine and did 25 OK jelqs instead of the lamda jelqs. It felt really good doing normal jelqs again but I'll probably go back to the lamda jelqs on wednesday.
So far, I'm really liking the routine! I'll be measuring either on Sunday or on Halloween, depending on how I feel, and I'll post my gains for you guys here, as well as on my log.

I am finishing week 4 now and I wondering if I can start throwing in some bundled stretches during my 10 minutes of stretching.
So far, I've been doing 10 stretches for 45 seconds (left, right, straight out, up, down), then I do 15 seconds of helis or big circles after each hold. Since my tunica is my limiting factor, I was hoping I would be able to throw in some bundled stretches in my 10 minutes to help with my tunica problem. I would do 5 normal stretches in each direction, then 5 bundled in each direction, followed with hellis and big circles.
I'm going up to 30 reps this week and my girth is definitely feeling a bit bigger! Still wish I could see more length!

That is entirely up to you. I found that if I do a small maintainance routine once
a week and do light exercises after I go pee or showering, that I do not lose any of the gains that I worked so hard for. This is the same philosophy of; If you plop your ass down on the couch, your body is going to shit. So why not? It doesn't take that much time and it feels good.

So when you took off 8 months you lost all of your gains or only some?

I have been at PE for over 8 years. I had gained almost 3 1/2" in length and 1 3/4" in girth, so...No!
