    Hi KP
    I've been doing your routine for the past month. Can't report any actual gains, but my machinery does feel beautifully big and heavy as I'm about to start intercourse with my wonderful wife. It's not always easy for me to get an erection at other times - and so your routine takes me about 90 minutes.
    I do some edging, but I stop before PONR because I find that if I do blow, then it's usually impossible for me to ejaculate during intercourse. I have intercourse every second evening, so always keen to save the ejaculation for that.
    So..... my question is: am I going to limit my gains if I do not ejaculate after edging as you specifically advise in your program?
    BTY it's a great program and enjoyable to do.

    First, let me say thanks for all the hard work; it's great help to us newbies!

    I have some questions that I needed clarification:
    1. What does it mean by 'helicopter'; I initially thought it meant 'helicopter shake' as described in JP90, but that doesn't seem like a '10 minute' exercise to me, so could someone give a more detail description of what it is? Is it the rotating stretch?
    2. How much erection for the stretches and jelqs?
    I am doing 0% for stretches and 50% for jelqs
    (I see you have mentioned 100% for V jelqs, but then later posts have also mentioned lower erection levels.)
    3. And, I have some difficulty doing lamda jelqs; do the palm face towards me, fingers pointing downwards?
    (Edit: I seem to have found the answer, provided by Raider; so I guess I am doing it right)

    Thanks for your quick answer.

    I have another question to put to this Thread: I've read in here that some guys say they are not going to look at any more 'porn'.
    I'm totally hetero, but I do enjoy looking at other guys' endowments.
    Is this considered 'porn'?
    If it is considered 'porn', does it make it more difficult to get the required % of erection to do the various exercises?

    Sounds like your doing great, keep you grip soft and its ok to save ejacualtion for intercourse. you not lose or stop any gains by ejaculating.

    It is a rotating stretch. stretch your penis out as much as it will go without causing pain. Rotate the penis in a clockwise direction for a few minutes. Then do it in the reverse direction.

    When you say 40 jelqs (20 V-jelqs and 20 ^-jelqs), are you counting one rep as the following?

    right hand, left hand, right hand stretch, left hand, right hand, left hand stretch, etc.

    i started y0ur r0utine last night,i just finish remeks newbie r0utine f0r 3 m0ns..and decided to try y0urs f0r 3 m0ns als0..after warm up..and stretch/helic0ptr shakes..i used 40 wet jelqs and 40 v jelqs,f0ll0wed by 10 min edging and kegels..is it ok? C0z i used 10 mins jelq bef0re in remeks newbie r0utine..
